A Loving Heart Youth Services, Inc. is a residential, structured group home for teenage boys ages 12 through 18. A Loving Heart Youth Services, Inc. generally operates through court involvement, children services, or other entities that have referred your family here for additional youth support programming. A Loving Heart Youth Services, Inc. provides mentoring, anger management, conflict resolution, mental and emotional development, career and employment training, life, and independent living skills, with the main life goal of higher education attainment.

Through love, education, inspiration and positive guidance and support, ALH will teach and model necessary skills to live in a community-based setting so youth can return home or move into independent living environment successfully. A Loving Heart Youth Services, Inc. will provide a training ground to build strong leadership amongst youth in our community.

Job description:

- Create daily case notes and progress notes

- Facilitates weekly group sessions

- Determine the needs of the clients, meet client needs

- Builds rapport with clients

- Completes paperwork and other documentation in an organized and timely manner

- Assists with training of Direct Care staff on therapeutic/Trauma-informed methods

- Manages appointments (ex. Therapy or Medical) for clients

- Transports clients to appointments when necessary

- Completes weekly and monthly reports

- Excellent interpersonal skills are a must!

Requirements:

- Case management experience (required)

- Licensed social worker (preferred)

- Valid driver's license

- Consent to a fingerprint FBI/BCI criminal background check as well as abuser registry check prior to employment (

Compensation:

- Full-time and part-time positions available

- $16-19/hr depending on experience
