Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to the elderly. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in someone's life.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and care to individuals
- Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment
- Document and report any changes in residents' conditions or behaviors
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that respects residents' rights

Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or working with elderly individuals preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration systems and protocols
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with residents, their families, and other staff members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy
- Basic understanding of vital signs monitoring
- Must be able to pass a background check
