Title: Cloud Platform Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC (3-days onsite, 2-days remote Hybrid schedule)
Note: This role is NOT open to C2C candidates
The Cloud Platform Engineer will work on a team providing data and automation capabilities to empower the Cloud Foundations team to operate at scale. The Engineer will support the development of cloud instance patching to run entirely through this team’s APIs and data products. This role requires strong data and scripting experience across multiple relatively common languages (Python, SQL); additionally, strong experience in AWS is critical. Data engineering experience would also be ‘nice to have’, in exchange for extensive experience in other areas.
General Position Requirements:

• Extensive experience with AWS – IAM capabilities
• Strong experience with Python, including API development
• Data engineering experience with SQL (DBT, Airflow)
• Strong, general technical expertise/coding skill
• Self-starter, able to take initiative
• Ability to coach or mentor more junior team members preferred
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical field required
