A&L Machining is a high-production precision CNC machine shop with decades of experience. Our operation is growing, and we are seeking highly motivated individuals seeking a team-oriented, supportive work environment.
Description: Single function machine operator position. This position will work Monday-Thursday from 6:20am-4:50pm on a single machine running the same part class each shift. This part has tight tolerances so experience working with tight tolerances is a must.
- Operate CNC machines (mills or lathes)
- Perform in process inspections
- Complete documentation as required by assigned task
- Monitor machining processes and make adjustments as needed
- Perform preventative maintenance duties
- Communicate effectively with leadership and teammates.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CNC Machining experience
- Experience working with very tight tolerances
- Proficiency with GD&T and experience working in an ISO/AS quality systems
- Detail oriented, organized, and highly focused
Pay: $20-$26 per hour (depending upon experience)

Shifts available: 6:20am-4:50pm, 10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday with OT available on Friday.
