A.L.I.C.E HomeCare is Hiring a Home Health Aide Near Euclid, OH

Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility, including transferring and lifting clients
- Administer medication reminders under the direction of healthcare professionals
- Support clients with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
- Monitor and report changes in client's health status to the appropriate medical personnel
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients

Qualifications:
- Experience or interest in senior care, memory care, hospice care, and working with people with developmental disabilities
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely using proper techniques and assistive devices
- Familiarity with catheter care and medical terminology is a plus
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when providing care to clients
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
