Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a State Tested Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care to patients in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff
- Assist with patient transfers and mobility
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status

Qualifications:

- State Tested Nursing Assistant certification
- Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
- Familiarity with medical equipment such as DME and catheters
- Experience in handling medical records and documentation
- Ability to work in various healthcare settings including hospitals, ICUs, and nursing homes
- Strong caregiving skills with compassion and empathy
- Experience working with children is a plus
