Administrative Assistant/Case Management Department.

OFFICE ASSISTANT WITH EXPERIENCE IN: SOCIAL SERVICES, FOSTER CARE, OR NON-PROFIT AGENCIES, to work in a foster family agency, social services, school or school setting. The candidate will work under the Case Managers' supervision coordinating and assisting in the Intake Department. Office Assistant is also collaborating with mental health department, assisting in the classroom when need it. Other duties: Answering, typing, filing, Tracking Log/Quality Assurance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or its equivalent or equivalent training or work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in general office clerical or secretarial work or the equivalent.
• Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Power Point, Typing, 10 key.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
