 We would be thrilled to have you join the AGI Industries, Inc employee-owned team as a Service and Repair Shop Coordinator in our Bossier City, Louisiana branch! This is a full-time, hourly position.

Job Summary:

Responsible for various facets of quoting, ordering/purchasing, or parts and equipment while providing customer base with job status updates and answering inquiries for the Bossier City Service and Repair Shop.

Requirements

Who You Are:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· 1-3 months mechanical or technical experience with pumping equipment preferred.

· Valid driver’s license

· Ability to exhibit good organizational skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to follow procedural requirements.

· Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to ensure excellent internal and external customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Review then convert service technician worksheets to quotes and orders to be presented to customers.

· Communicate with vendors regarding purchasing equipment for both repairs and shop stock to determine the best pricing and availability of parts.

· Verify purchase order status with vendors.

· Prepare and process repair job files.

· Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding job status, repair questions and inquiries.

· Purchase and document parts and equipment as needed for repairs and service shop.

· Maintain inventory of the service and repair department for Bossier City branch.

· Ship and receive all shipments for the Bossier City service and repairs department

· Assist Service and Repair Shop Manager as needed

· Perform additional duties as assigned.
