Make an impact in the community by helping your neighbors with their projects while working in a fast-paced and teamwork-oriented environment. Our mission is to employ associates that will fulfill our promise of going the extra mile for our customers and community.

Key Responsibilities
• Customer service delivered with enthusiasm and genuine interest in ensuring customer satisfaction
• Communicating clearly, effectively, and politely with customers in store and over the phone
• Stocking and receiving deliveries
• Daily tending of plants (watering, pruning, etc.)
• Cashiering (handling money, giving accurate change)

**Currently available positions are for our Spring/Summer season**

• Familiarity with lawn & garden products / horticulture
• Solid team player with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently, and stand for an extended period of time
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Retail experience preferred
