Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and upper management
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, construction estimating, quality control, and schematics
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
