We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accuracy in all accounting processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The Accounting Clerk should also have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a commitment to accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities:

• Enter data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, scanning, etc.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare reports for management.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Process customer PO#'s and assemble field folders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
