Full Time Call Center Representative this position will be located at 165 Greens rd, Houston, TX 77060

Job Responsibilities : Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage dental hygiene appointments efficiently.
• Coordinate patient recalls and follow-ups for hygiene treatments.
• Maintain accurate records of patient hygiene procedures and appointments.
• Manage inventory and ordering of hygiene supplies.
• Assist dental hygienists with administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients regarding hygiene appointments and inquiries.
• Collaborate with front desk staff to optimize patient flow and satisfaction.

Schedule: Between 8 am to 7 pm - Monday to Friday and alternate weekends Saturday.

Competency Required (Must Have):

Bi-lingual - Fluent English and Spanish is a plus

Clear and professional communication with great listening skills.

NICE TO HAVE:

Previous experience in dental and medical field is also a plus (not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
