Our organization is looking for an experienced professional with demonstrated initiative, leadership, integrity, adaptability, and process improvement skills. This individual should also possess a high level of creativity, with the ability to work autonomously.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
· Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
· Making travel arrangements
· Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
· Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
· Greet and assist visitors.
· Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
· Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
· Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
· Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
· Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
