JOB SUMMARY:

As a Client Care Liaison with A Care Connection you will:

• Build and maintain client schedules to ensure proper coverage with Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and Homemakers/Companions as requested
• Maintain positive relationships with clinicians, clients and their families in regards to staffing and quality care
• Ensure that clients are referred consistent caregivers who are a great fit with their designated needs
• Assist with calls from caregivers and clients in a timely manner
• Find new and creative ways to retain clients and caregivers
• Verify caregiver compliance with time reporting systems/processes for accurate billing and payroll purposes

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in healthcare staffing, preferred
• Previous experience in home healthcare, preferred
• Proficient with the Microsoft Suite products, required

This position involves working regular business hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and requires an after hours commitment on a rotating schedule.
