Job Requirements:

• Current BLS Certification (Required)
• LPN License (Required)
• Proof of right to work in the United States for I-9

LPN Requirements:

• Licensed to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Florida
• Trained or willing to train in home health
• Current CPR or BLS certification
• Current Physical or Health Statement
• Case Management and Supervisory Visit Experience (preferred)
• Trach experience (preferred)
• Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday each week or rotating weekends)
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills

Weekly Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday
• Days, Nights, and Weekends all available
