Overview
Location: Onsite - Pittsburgh, PAJob Type: Full Time / Contract to Hire
Work Authorization: No C2C or Sponsorship
The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Staff Accountant. Ideal candidates must have a degree in accounting and experience with an entry-level accounting role.
Responsibilities
- Verify and update contracts, purchase orders, and invoices into the ERP system
- Schedule and process payments to vendors and subcontractors
- Review and submit credit applications
- Conduct reconciliations
- Additional accounting functions as needed
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting or related field, Bachelor's preferred
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Prior experience working in an accounting role
- Prior experience using an accounting system preferred
- Ability to work independently
