GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a
Client Service Representative/Admin Professional for our pest management company. In
this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients
while also assisting with administrative tasks. You will serve as the primary point of contact
for our clients, addressing their inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring
satisfaction with our services. Additionally, you will support our team with various
administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

-Generate and prepare reports, invoices, and other documents as required.
-Coordinate with the field technicians to ensure accurate and up-to -date service records.
-Manage and update client database and ensure data integrity.
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support when needed
Account management:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and
expectations are exceeded.
-Address any customer concerns or issues.
-Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing
customers.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Certification in customer service or office administration is preferred.
College or Trade School preferred
Experience:
Customer Service - 2 years required
Office Administration- 1 year required
CRM software knowledge
Proficiency with MS Office
Excellent communication and organization skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to multi-task
Problem-solving abilities
Other:
Experience with making collection calls
Valid Driver's License, insured with reliable transportation
Dispatcher experience- 1 year preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able sit or stand for 2-3 hours at a time. Hearing and communication skills are a
must to handle answering the phone and be able to speak with clients appropriately. Be able
to lift up to 10 lbs handling files and client documents.
