We are currently looking for a dedicated caregiver to join our team and provide exceptional care to our active and independent quadriplegic client. While a CNA certification is preferred, years of experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) will also be valued.

If you are not a HHA or CNA do not worry.... FREE TRAINING provided!

At A Better Solution, we provide top-quality in-home care for elderly and disabled clients, and we are currently seeking passionate and reliable home health aides to join our team.

We offer competitive pay rates such as $18-$22 per hour.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with a Hoyer lift and quadriplegic care.
• CNA certification preferred, but extensive experience as an HHA is appreciated.
• Willingness to undergo training shifts to learn the specific needs of the client.
• Dedication, reliability, and focus on the client's well-being are a MUST.
• Availability for both day (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM) and night (8:00 PM to 8:00 AM) shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Safely operate a Hoyer lift and provide mobility assistance as needed.
• Administer medications and assist with medical appointments.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to the client.

To be considered for this position, you must have:
1. Level II background screening - which if you do not already have one can cost as little as $90.
2. CPR Certificate or Card
3. Communicate in English
4. Reliable Transportation
5. Maintain a neat appearance
