At A Better Solution, we're on the lookout for compassionate caregivers to join our team. Whether you're a seasoned CNA or an experienced Home Health Aide (HHA), your skills and dedication are what we value most.

Don't have formal training? No problem! We provide FREE TRAINING to passionate individuals willing to learn.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with a Hoyer lift and quadriplegic care
• CNA certification preferred; extensive HHA experience appreciated
• Willingness to undergo training shifts
• Availability for both day and night shifts
• Dedication, reliability, and focus on client well-being are a MUST

Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living
• Safely operate a Hoyer lift
• Administer medications and aid with medical appointments
• Maintain a clean living environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support

To be considered for this position, you must have:
1. Level II background screening - which if you do not already have one can cost as little as $90.
2. CPR Certificate or Card
3. Communicate in English
4. Reliable Transportation
5. Maintain a neat appearance
