Chem-dry Technician for A-abc Chem-dry, serving the DFW area since 1992. This job entails Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Wood Floor Cleaning, Area Rug Cleaning, and more. We will train the right person. Experience is also welcome.

You will be on a van during the day, in residential homes and offices.

Hours start at 8 am until the jobs are finished for the day, which is typically ending around 5 pm. Some Saturday work is required, one to two times per month.

The pay is hourly plus commission. The commission and bonuses can be quite rewarding, if the effort is there. We don't believe in high pressure sales, but it is required to recommend our services and products. We will train in all aspects, including technical work and sales of our services.

Must have valid drivers license, and good clean background.

Responsibilities:
- Perform carpet cleaning and maintenance tasks in various settings, including commercial and residential properties
- Utilize appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions to effectively remove stains, dirt, and odors from carpets
- Conduct thorough inspections of carpets to identify any areas that require special attention or treatment
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure high-quality results and minimize the risk of accidents or damage

Requirements:
- Ability to operate carpet cleaning equipment and tools effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment or move furniture if necessary
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes
