As a national service industry provider, we are seeking a Full Time Cleaning Associate to join our team. The focus of the role is to provide day to day outstanding cleaning and maintenance service to our customers.

Position Full Time : Shift Monday through Thursday from 5:00 pm to 3:30 am

Pay: $15.80 per hour

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

· Patrol all bathrooms in the facility.

· Clean all counters, mirrors and wall partitions.

· Empty waste into waste collection containers.

· Replenish paper and soap supplies in the restrooms.

· Clean and disinfect pantry area trash, counters, floors.

· Clean lobby and security areas vacuum carpets, mop floors glass doors.

· Patrol workstation areas pick up trash and clean desks.

· Vacuum carpet in workstation areas and as the directed

· Mopping cafeteria and hallway floors as directed

· Clean and maintain building manager office and private bathroom

· Additional services as directed

· Respond to emergency calls and work orders

· Report any damage or malfunctions to building Manager.

Requirements

Must be able to have the ability to communicate , speak and understand written and spoken English.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively
• 1-2 years’ experience in the janitorial field

Physical Requirements:

• 85% physical job
• Lifting up to 50 pounds
