A&A GenPro Inc. is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Coordinator - Appointment Setter

Overview:
We are seeking an Appointment Generator to join our team. As an Appointment Generator, you will play a crucial role in our business development efforts by reaching out to potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products or services
- Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and identify opportunities
- Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified leads
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in our CRM software
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and provide necessary information

Requirements:
- Previous experience in inside sales or appointment setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to negotiate effectively and persuade potential clients
- Familiarity with technology sales or related industries is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software, such as HubSpot, to manage leads and track progress
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
