As a key player in our operations, you will schedule preventive maintenance, and repair services and dispatch technicians. . Responsibilities

• Handle incoming service calls and delegate them to appropriate technicians.
• Input service calls into our computer system and track their progress until completion.
• Ensure timely follow-up on all jobs and projects, alerting managers of any situations that need additional attention.
• Coordinate effectively with suppliers, technicians, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee the dispatch board throughout the day, ensuring efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated and goal-oriented individual with a self-starter attitude.
• Ability to focus and complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs - Excel, Word, Outlook is preferred.
