99 Ranch Market is Hiring a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator (FT) Near Buena, CA
- Ensure FIFO and FEFO are strictly followed and maintain accurate food inventory records.
- Conduct inventory audits and manage food inventory movements, including receiving, storing, and issuing.
- Coordinate with warehouse team to accurately fulfill food orders, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, movements, and transactions and perform regular cycle counts.
- Manage proper handling, storage, and disposal of expired or damaged food products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse layout and workflow.
- Drive forklift and pallet jack to move pallets with grocery, produce, meat, and houseware items.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and make recommendations to the Food Warehouse Manager.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on inventory control procedures and best practices as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- A High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1 years of experience in a food warehouse or inventory management role, with knowledge of pallet jack and forklift operation.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Experience with food safety regulations and practices.
- Familiarity with food inventory management related software is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working with inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to conduct inventory audits and identify discrepancies in inventory levels, and make necessary adjustments.

- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- This job may require standing or walking for extended periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing repetitive motions.
- This job is performed in an environment that may have exposure to heat, noise, and other environmental factors associated with food production.
- The position will work in a commercial kitchen environment and will be required to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
