99 Ranch Market is Hiring a Receiver Assistant #801 Near Alhambra, CA
- Prefer Bilingual: English and Chinese
- Work Shift: Tue-Fri 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, Sat 7:00 AM-12:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect vendor or internal shipments to ensure products meet standards and regulations
- Identity damaged or mislabeled products, follow established standard operating procedures and return them to vendors
- Organize products to designated places based on receiving procedures
- Input, update, and modify purchase orders, labeling, storage information, and product logging information through the internal inventory system and HACCP
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, report potential risks to managers if needed
- Coordinate with merchandising managers to monitor inventory deliveries
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receiver in a retail setting is preferred
- Good computer skills, communication skills, and time management
- Detail-oriented, active listening, and critical thinking personality
- Experience in using forklifts and other processing equipment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift up to 25 lbs objects
- Accommodate to a flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: The pay range for this job starts from $16.50 - $17.00 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
