Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Manage and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support
- Ensure excellent customer service by training and coaching staff on effective customer service techniques
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain inventory accuracy by overseeing stock management and conducting regular inventory counts
- Assist in visual merchandising to create an attractive and organized store environment
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Perform cash register duties as needed, including opening and closing procedures
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales promotions or marketing initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a retail environment
- Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and practices
- Bilingual skills (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using cash registers and basic computer applications
- Strong negotiation skills to handle vendor relationships effectively
