As a Sales Associate for 95 Nutrition, you are the gateway to a customer's future healthy decisions. You are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales revenue. This position requires a dynamic and customer-focused individual who possesses strong communication skills, product knowledge and a passion for meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Associate plays a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for every customer that walks in the door while promoting and selling products.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing friendly and attentive service.
• Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations.
• Educate customers about the various meal and beverage options available, including ingredients, nutritional information, and special dietary considerations.
• Upsell, or cross-sell additional items to maximize sales opportunities.
• Address inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. Reach out to Management when needed.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper record-keeping and cash register management.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and monitoring inventory levels.
• Assist in marketing initiatives, promoting special offers, to attract new customers and drive sales.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Follow the direction of the District Manager.
• Completes assigned company training when required.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively is crucial when working alone.
• A sense of responsibility and adherence to company policies and procedures is crucial.
• While the ability to work alone is important, effective communication remains essential. This includes clear communication with customers, colleagues and management.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to lift products 40-50 pounds at a time.
