Job scope

This position is responsible for the implementation of the global strategy in the specific territory as well as supporting our internal sales teams and customers.

The successful candidate will develop, coordinate and execute the strategic initiatives of the Milling Consumables Service line.

The Milling Consumables Service line sits in the Consumables Service Group and is a top priority for growth in the Cor 26’ strategy.

Your responsibilities

• Lead technical / sales team in respective region(s)
• Management of the product line including OI, Revenue for designated region
• Direct line or matrix management of other support personnel
• Support / own inventory levels in specified MA
• Manage and develop relevant business processes
• Provide support and training for regions and customers
• Guide product technical / engineering team on market trends to further adapt PL designs

Your experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience within the mining / industrial industry. Specific experience in sales / business development a must specific in the North America Market
• Experience in Rubber, Metallic, and Composite mill lining systems.
• Good communication skills, written and spoken.
• Able to travel domestic and internationally.
• Experience in managing a portfolio of products and the implementation of solutions with a proven track record of successful deliveries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional, diverse teams in different locations.
• Proven expertise in managing and communicating with diverse stakeholders.
• Motivated and empowered by a self-directed context with a high degree of autonomy and results-orientation.
• Customer oriented with an in-depth understanding of end user and customer needs.
