Responsibilities - Assistant Service Manager:

Train and mentor Service Advisors and Technical staff, advise customers on auto repair/maintenance costs and options, schedule appointments for service work and more!
Follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion
Review work order with customer to ensure satisfaction
Ensures consistent follow-ups to increase customer loyalty and CSI
Solves problems and meets predetermined service and sales objectives
Evaluate staff and workflow
Creates work schedules and maintains accounting of Service Technicians' productivity
Ensures proper maintenance and repair of all equipment

Qualifications/Requirements - Assistant Service Manager:

Automotive Assistant Service Manager or Service Advisor experience is required
Basic automotive operational knowledge
Good computer, customer service and communication skills
Team builder with good managerial skills
Basic understanding of business management
Works well in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and a positive attitude
Good work ethic and computer skills
Valid driver's license and good driving record
