900Work, LLC is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner Near Indianapolis, IN

Summary/Objective

The Talent Acquisition Partner is based in our Carmel, IN Corporate Headquarters. This position is responsible for the management of the full-cycle recruiting experience including the hiring process, employment branding, talent sourcing, strategy, interviewing and hiring great employees. This position will report to the Vice President of Human Resources and will collaborate with all hiring managers. This position has a potential hybrid working schedule once trained and based on business needs. 

Essential Functions

  • Partner with leadership team to develop, design, implement and execute effective recruiting strategies to support company growth.
  • Manage full life-cycle recruiting process to ensure a superior candidate experience.
  • Generate robust candidate pipeline through disciplined, measured, and customized outreach strategies including: personal network, events, social media, research, and on-campus events where appropriate.
  • Build and implement an efficient, scalable recruiting process for the organization through various projects around candidate experience and employment branding.
  • Manage documented reporting and metrics, retention and budgets.
  • In conjunction with HR Manager, perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives as well as job descriptions.
  • Support and ensure best practices for requisition intake, candidate workflow, and legal compliance.
  • Screen candidates and conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to Leadership for future succession planning and growth within the company.

Education and Experience

  • BA/BS degree.
  • 4 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, including a proven track record in sourcing and engagement of passive candidates.
  • In house and Agency experience is a plus.
  • Previous start-up experience is a plus. Minimum two years’ experience in high volume recruiting. 
  • Ability to identify high impact talent when interviewing candidates for multiple levels of positions, including administrative, mid-management and executive level opportunities.
  • Motivated and creative self-starter who has energy to drive solutions.
  • Superior verbal and written communication as well as strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Outstanding networking skills, with a successful track record of direct sourcing candidates.
  • Proficiency with HR databases, Office365, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ADP.
  • Excellent at driving the process and keeping things moving forward despite obstacles.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are variable and based on business need. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Physical Requirements

This position is indoors. Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period. May be asked to lift approximately 25 lbs. Exposure to moderate noise and light, i.e business office with computers, phone, printers, light foot traffic.
