The bar-back is the engine behind an effective, efficient bar. They support the bartenders in providing great cocktails quickly to guests at the bar and throughout the restaurant. The working environment for a bar back is high-energy and fast-paced but without some of the stressors that come with constant guest interaction. The labor that is involved with the position can be very rewarding, and it is easy to make the bar staff feel your impact. Whether its restocking glassware on the racks or products on the shelves, pouring beers, or maintaining cleanliness, there is always something behind the bar that could use some attention.

We look for someone with a strong work ethic, a keen sense of awareness and planning, a sharp appearance, and an eagerness to learn and support. A barback should have a root knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, and the desire to learn more about the products we carry and the cocktails we pour.

**Requirement:**

* Must be at least 18 years old.

* Must have natural hair color.

* Professional and clean appearance.

* Attention to detail.

* Team-oriented attitude.

* Strong work ethic.

* Ability to walk and stand for hours at a time.

* Eagerness to learn and to improve as a bar-back.

**Hourly Rate:** $10-12 cash tip out.
