Overview
The 84Sales Coordinator is responsible for the administration, supervision, and coordination of the 84Sales Installed platform for their assigned program(s).
Responsibilities Creating new customer and subdivision profiles on the platform Adding in new job starts as they are received Collecting job file documents from the respective Install Managers and attaching those files to the correct job Communicating with Install Managers to collect job status information prior to the start date Communicating with Area Install management as an advocate for proper usage and implementation of the platform.
Qualifications Organization Skills : Utilizes strong organizational skills and a systemic approach that allows for effective management of multiple projects at multiple stores simultaneously.
Communication Skills : Displays strong written and oral communication skills that foster a professional, positive work environment.
Must possess and display effective listening skills that focus on intra-company relations. Interpersonal Skills : Tactful and mature demeanor who works well with diverse personalities.
Ethical, highly motivated personality who takes pride and ownership in all tasks that full under their supervision. Attention to Detail : Excellent attention to detail with an emphasis placed on quality.
Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office : Will be working in Word, Excel, and Outlook on a daily Ability to use discretion and independent judgment.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety variables in situations where only limited standardization exists;
