Overview
$13.00-$15.00 / hr Based on experience with 48 hours a week and overtime at time and a half. The full-time Frame Puller is responsible for accurately and promptly pulling outgoing frame orders and hitting a minimum weight goal per year.
This is a warehouse associate position that acts as a material handler, inventory associate, and forklift operator. Other duties include : Loading and unloading freight such as lumber and / or building supplies.
Achieving a minimum weight goal per year (Year 1 : 8,000 lbs / hour, Year 2 : 9,000lbs / hour, Year 3 : 10,000lbs / hour, Year 4 : 11,000lbs / hour, etc.
Maintaining a safe, clean and well-organized lumber yard and caring for equipment. Shrink control. Forklift training, certification, and operation.
Communicating delays or discrepancies to management. Responsibilities Accurately pull outgoing frame orders Maintain area of responsibility Keeps management aware of any delays or discrepancies Maintaining a safe, clean and well-organized lumber yard and caring for equipment.
