Position Summary

Join 829’s thriving PPC team as a Paid Social Associate. You’ll gain valuable industry experience as you develop a deeper understanding of pay-per-click advertising, and all of the technical and soft skills that go into driving a successful campaign and client relationship. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, executing campaigns and coordinating with colleagues across marketing disciplines to drive collective success. This role is ideal for critical thinkers who enjoy a combination of creativity and analysis.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Strategize, develop, and simultaneously maintain multiple digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses.
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns as they relate to client goals, conversions, and events.
• Update clients regularly as to the status of their digital initiatives.
• Prepare client deliverables from project kickoff documents to rolling reporting.
• Advise clients on how to best accomplish their business goals through digital advertising.
• Assist senior team members with account work.
• Learn more about becoming a technical resource to other departments.

Must Haves

• 0 - 1 yrs experience managing digital advertising programs.
• Willingness to learn all functions of Paid Social and/or Paid Search.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of various advertising tool sets such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
• Certifications in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or similar.
• Previous digital advertising experience.
• Familiarity with WordPress or a similar CMS.
• Understanding of landing page best practices and optimization techniques.
• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
