Position Summary: Maintain operational success of the 360 Bar/Lounge. Oversee and manage all aspects of service to include Bottle and Table Service. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Promotes superior guest service. Consistently demonstrates collaborative, relationship building, welcoming and mutually respectful behaviors. Manage Food Cost to Budget. Manage Labor Costs to Budget. Develop Budgets and Forecasts based on specific direction. Develop and execute Cocktail Bottle and Food Service menus in cooperation with leadership. Create and train all Bartenders and Servers on all recipes for menu items Order all Beverage as prescribed by menu and ensure Chef assigned to 360 Food Service has consistent stock and provides high level of quality for food execution. Manage all sanitation and safety practices to code. Create upward mobility training for development of team members, through continuous Beverage training related to product knowledge and operational aspects of the business. Engage with Guests and solicit feedback on quality of Beverage and Food and Service through managing the Guest Service feedback and engaging guests ongoing to take daily pulse. Utilize with proficiency all systems, including Ordering and Payroll, Point of Sale, reviewing item movement and participating in monthly Menu Engineering meetings to keep menus fresh and supplied with items in demand. Execute performance reviews of team members as assigned. Other duties as assigned, including coverage in other areas of beverage if requested. Also provide training support to the Beverage Manager as needed to create complete daily oversite of operations to maintain consistency. Minimum Qualifications: Two-Year AA in Hospitality and 5-7 years of progressive experience in High-volume Bar or Night Club environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven success in revenue generation, high quality 4-star service and complete knowledge of Bartending and Spirits. Must be willing to work in a smoking environment. Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures. Preferred Qualifications: Level One Sommelier or Cicerone. Bilingual proficiency. Work Shift: Regular Knock, knock. Hear that sound?
