Position Summary:

Our client is looking for top performers who have experience selling either full PEO services or related HCM, Payroll, and Benefits solutions!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business in designated territory
  • Analyze, plan, and implement products and services to meet client needs
  • Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and Broker practices
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Oversee renewal proposals and processes for current clients
  • Prepare executive summaries for client presentations
  • Schedule ongoing meetings with clients during implementation
  • Collect data to guide product and service development, marketing, and sales
  • Develop lead generation strategies and utilize CRM (Salesforce) to track activity
  • Take ownership of the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of all services for assigned clients
  • Attend monthly consulting meetings and offer training and coaching for staff

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • High School Diploma
  • Have generated at least $250k in revenue annually in a similar role
  • 2-3 years of experience in PEO sales
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and motivation for new business achievement
  • Ability to aggressively prospect for new business
  • Open to feedback and coaching with strong business acumen
  • Understanding of financial concepts and knowledge of self-funded and fully insured products
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Professional style and adherence to corporate policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy
  • Perform with sound business ethics and a high standard of performance

Candidates who have worked for similar companies such as ADP, Paychex, Trinet, or otherPEO organozatiosn are a great fit for this role!

Compenstaion:

  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $160,000 - $200,000
  • Commission Structure: 30% Year 1, 10% Year 2, 5% Year 3 for residuals
