Job Duties:
- Prepare, review and ensure compliance with tax regulations for complex multi-state tax returns, consolidated returns, and foreign reporting for both businesses and entities.
- Prepare, review and ensure compliance with tax regulations of tax returns for high-net-worth individuals.
- Manage numerous client accounts and directly interact with partners and clients.
- Supervise Associate accountants.
- Possess knowledge and understanding of foreign tax concepts for individual and business returns.
- Prior experience with Forms 990 and 990-PF is a plus.
Skills
- Must Have: Minimum Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Master’s degree highly preferred
CPA designation or ability to meet 150-credit requirement for CPA eligibility
Knowledge of or previous experience working with ProSystem Tax or OneSource Trust Tax is a plus Expertise in U.S. GAAP/GAAS and U.S. tax Prior work experience in public accounting with exposure to individual, corporate, and partnership taxation
