Our Company is looking for a full-time Store Leader.
Job Responsibilities:
Our Company is looking for a full-time Store Leader.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides customer service leadership and direction, in conjunction with General Manager or Branded Foods Restaurant Manager, for the entire store and a team of employees working in that location.
- Trains, schedules, and coaches all new and current store associates to ensure store positions are staffed to appropriately handle customer service needs.
- Ensure leadership is available to customers and employees at all times.
Qualifications:
- Valid New York State Driver's License.
- Open availability - 24/7, 365, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Relocatable, 45 minutes in one direction.

- Guaranteed 50 hours in the training phase (paid hourly). Once Training is complete (8-10 weeks), position becomes salary, starting at $58,458.40 ($21.50 per hour), not including Bonuses.
