Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals

Skills:
- Cash handling experience, including operating a cash register and handling money
- Proven track record in retail sales, with a focus on providing excellent customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Experience in wireless sales or technology sales is a plus
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate new POS systems and technology platforms
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory, displays, and merchandise presentation
