Responsibilities7NOW is the ecommerce division of 7-Eleven, dedicated to revolutionizing convenience e-commerce and delivery across the United States. Our mission is to serve our community by connecting our ecommerce customers with merchant partners, supported by local gig-economy drivers. As part of our integrated approach, Skipcart, which is the last mile delivery business unit of 7-Eleven, plays a crucial role in ensuring swift and efficient deliveries.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manager, Driver Operations S&O, Driver Earnings to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in understanding market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and enhancing operational efficiency within the Skipcart team. As a manager, you will be responsible for formulating and executing Driver Earnings Strategies based on market dynamics, business goals, and regulatory requirements to ensure sustained growth and competitiveness. Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping strategies for sustainable growth and improvement across various markets.
