▶ About This Opportunity

Inventory Control Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of building inventory ($40MM)
  • Manage IC processes through 3PL partner onsite IC team.
  • Manage local SEI IC analyst team.
  • Develop and maintain Inventory Control SOPs.
  • Responsible for holding weekly meetings with 3PL IC team to review adjustments (-) $5000.
  • In coordination with SEI Demand Chain and 3PL IC teams led monthly AP review from weekly findings.
  • Work in conjunction with SEI IT support on all sync issues to ensure Oracle and Warehouse Management inventory levels are aligned.
  • Create and maintain inventory visibility reporting.
  • Support supplier compliance program.
  • Work with store operations team to build inventory allocation processes.
  • Lead weekly RDC calls with 3PL partner and Demand Planning Team.
  • Understand VTS system (clean invoicing, supplier training, user access
  • Complete manual store invoicing to accounting
  • Liaison between Program Implementation Team, SSC Merchandising, and RDC suppliers/vendors
  • Sales Plan “Big Bet” Communication with DHL that impact key item velocity.
  • Establish and communicate Order/Delivery schedules, support Open Dock
  • Validate Temp zones (storage, shipping)

Specific Knowledge and Skills

  • Working knowledge of Manhattan WMS, DHL My Supply Chain, and other comparable systems
  • Strong analytical tool experience (Power BI, Access, Excel and SEI dashboard)
  • Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint, Teams Meetings)
  • Experience with supplier compliance program
  • Experience with inventory management
  • Experience influencing and collaborating with 3PL partners
