Duties:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Assist customers with their purchases, answer questions, and provide product information
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds following company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
- Upsell products and promote current promotions to increase sales
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in-person with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Sales experience or knowledge of electronics is a plus
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling
