Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Manager with a background in Multi-Channel Network (MCN) agencies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital media landscape, strong relationships with influencers and content creators, and a proven track record of success in talent management and partnership development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing talent, negotiating partnerships, and maximizing the potential of our clients' social media campaigns.
Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with talent, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate within the agency.
* Negotiate and secure partnership agreements, ensuring terms are favorable for both talent and clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic influencer marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and target audiences.
* Provide guidance and support to talent, offering creative direction, feedback, and resources to help them optimize their content and grow their audience.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing, MCN management, and social media platforms.
* Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing future partnerships.
* Act as a liaison between talent and clients, facilitating communication and ensuring all parties are aligned on project deliverables and expectations.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in talent management, preferably within a Multi-Channel Network (MCN) agency or social media agency.
* Strong network of influencers and content creators across various platforms, with a focus on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging channels.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
* Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to develop innovative influencer marketing strategies that drive engagement and ROI.
* Highly organized with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
* Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms, with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
* Passion for digital media and social trends, with a finger on the pulse of the latest developments in influencer marketing and content creation.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
