CityLight Commercial Services (CLCS) is a fully licensed contractor in the State of Tennessee, CLCS provides the maintenance service for all residential maintenance needs, as well as rehab work on distressed properties, for CrestCore Realty and Property Management. CrestCore is responsible for the property management of about 1500 residential properties in the Memphis area. We are looking for a Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our team. The PM Maintenance tech is an important role in ensuring our properties are safe and up to code. This is a full-time job with great benefits and opportunities to advance. Both CLCS and CrestCore Realty and Property Management are 6am CoreCollective companies.

Job duties include but aren’t limited to:

Travel to properties and inspect:

1. HVAC Systems-AC condition, filters, condensers, furnace conditions, thermostat status
2. Plumbing- water heaters, inside drains, toilets, sinks, tubs, washer drains
3. Appliances- conditions of refrigerators, stoves, vent-hoods, dryer, washing machines, and dishwashers
4. Roof-conditions and identify leaks
5. Check carbon monoxide detectors and fire extinguishers

Take pictures, write clear notes, and upload them to a phone app

Maintain a clean and safe work space

Perform high quality work at a fast pace

Work independently

Desired Attributes/Qualifications fo Successful Candidate:

Must have a valid driver’s license

Have a smart phone and able to work off smart phone apps

Have preferably 2yrs experience in residential maintenance

Be available to work some weekends and overtime as needed 

Have reliable transportation and reliable vehicle – gas and milage reimbursed.
