Description
We are seeking a Resource Manager to become a part of the team! You will be responsible for managing HR activities and maintaining our fleet documents and permits.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee and vehicle records
- Renew permits and licenses
- File receipts and documents
- Document fleet expenses
- Calculate and gather information as needed
- Vehicle insurance and driver list are maintained
- Keep up with DOT regulations
- Keep up with all open accounts you’re responsible for.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Resources or other related fields
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong leadership qualities
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organization skills
Requirements
Must have open availability.
