Job Summary:

TheTeamLeadisresponsibleforsupportingtheManagementTeamby demonstratingaSellingBehavior, FloorLeadershipandpromoteaPositiveWorkenvironment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• AssisttheStoreManager/AssistantManagerwithdailyoperations,activitiesof employeesand othertasksas needed
• Supportthebusinessoperations,policiesandprocedures.
• Assisttoprocessand finalizeweeklytimeandattendancerecords
• Performsalesandstockduties(receivingandfeedingmerchandisetothesalesfloor)
• Maintain,recover,andreplenishsalesfloorandbackstock
• Provideexcellentcustomerserviceandresolveissuesinvolvingcustomerrelations
• Ensuretheproperprocessinganddisplayofmerchandiseandvisualpresentations
• Overseeandmonitorallmethodsoflosspreventionwhichincludetheprotectionofcompanyassets
• AssisttheStoreManager/Assistantinmaintainingcompliancestandardforshrinkcontrol.
• Assistwithtraininganddevelopmentofnewsalesassociates
• Abilitytocompletebanking
• Otherdutiesasassigned 

REQUIRMENTS:

• HighSchoolDiplomaorequivalentrequired
• Minimumof1-2yearsoffashionretailexperienceand/orvisualmerchandising
• Abilitytoworkaflexiblescheduleincludingnightsandweekends
• Musthaveahighlevelofintegrity
• Musthaveexcellentcustomerserviceskills.
• Demonstratesproficiencyusingapersonalcomputerandcompanycommunicationtools,suchas email,Internet,andMicrosoftproducts(e.g.,Word,Excel,Office,andOutlook)
