Company Description : Our client, a prominent nutraceutical pharmaceutical manufacturer, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Shipping Clerk to support the shipping operations and ensure the accurate and timely shipment of products.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in preparing and packaging products for shipment according to established procedures.
• Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and other necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with the Shipping Manager to prioritize and schedule shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of shipped products, tracking numbers, and delivery information.
• Communicate with carriers and freight forwarders to arrange pickups and deliveries.
• Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Address and resolve shipping-related issues, such as damaged products or order discrepancies.
• Keep the shipping area organized and ensure it complies with safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management and cycle counting as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and meet customer requirements.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in shipping or logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry.
• Familiarity with shipping software and systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with team members and external partners.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
