This position is full-time and required to work on-site 3 days a week in Boston, MA.

Job Requirements:

  • Manage assignments and statistical programming on single or multiple projects.
  • Perform statistical programming activities on SDTM, ADaM, TFLs, eSubmission components etc. for projects assigned.
  • Ensures compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and guidelines.
  • Establish and implement programming standards and comply with regulatory requirements among project team members and across all studies.
  • Develop standard macros and/or tools in the chosen statistical programming platform for data analysis and reporting. Ensure that statistical programs developed for specific protocols are effectively portable to other protocols (Reusable code).
  • Assist with statistical quality assurance review.
  • Review deliverables before transfer to either internal or external sources.

Qualifications:

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Mathematics/Statistics or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in either clinical and/or statistical programming, within the CRO/pharmaceutical environment which includes minimum 3 years’ of lead experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, non-macrotized environment

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $131,300.00 - $223,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
