Accounting/Billing Clerk

5B’s is adding one part-time Billing Clerk to our growing team. If you are experienced in a professional office setting, with the skills listed below, we want to speak with you!

· Creates itemized bills, invoices, and necessary billing documents.

· Calculation of credit terms, shipping charges, and discounts.

· Verifies accuracy of billing data, correcting any errors.

· Recording amounts due for items purchased or services rendered.

· Performing data entry with minimal to zero mistakes

· Filling in for the Front Desk when needed, using an 8-line phone system

· Excellent computer and typing skills are a must

· Strong math skills

· Attention to detail is critical in this role

· Verifiable and stable work history

· Experience or proven education in a similar role

· Monday-Friday, Full or Part-Time depending on applicants needs.
Part-Time would be M-F 4-5 hours per day.
Full-Time would be M-F 8am-5pm.

$12-$14.00 per hour
