Embroidery Machine Operators

Morning and Afternoon shifts available!

Morning 6am-3:30pm M-F

Afternoon 3:30pm-1am M-F (afternoon shift receives a sign on bonus!)

$13-$16 hourly plus daily production bonuses of $10-$70!

Machine Operators set up, maintain and operate computerized embroidery machines. You will be responsible for a key part of our company's production.

A great Machine Operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards.

On-the-job training is provided, and our #1 goal is for you to be successful at your job.

The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried out smoothly to maximize efficiency,

Machine Operator Experience preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines to start a production cycle
• Control and adjust machine settings
• Reviews work orders.
• Works on specialized orders, of apparel such as hats, shirts, backpacks, beanies ,etc.
• Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift
• Maintains activity logs

Skills

• Ability to clearly read and comprehend direction
• Strong eyesight and hand/eye coordination (able to see to thread needles)
• Standing, walking, reaching, bending throughout shift
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Capacity to learn and retain information, able to take direction
